Day 5 Fibro Movement Fix
Your movement Plan (today and beyond)
In the past 5 days, we’ve talked about some surprising ways to move your body to reduce pain with fibromyalgia: therapeutic movement, hand and foot treatment, yoga, and more.
Why is exercise so hard when you have fibromyalgia?
There’s a reason why getting started can be so tough-and it has nothing to do with motivation. It has everything to do with how our body reacts to chronic illness and its side effects. But there is good news! It’s possible for us to unlearn this reaction, and to teach our bodies how to move in a way that feels (and is!) safe and healthy.
One of the reasons why exercise is so important for people living with fibromyalgia is because it helps with pain management. However therapeutic movement is on ONE piece of the puzzle when it comes to healing from fibromyalgia.
If you are looking for ways to manage your pain, I invite you to apply for a Fibro Breakthrough Consultation.
During this FREE consultation, we’re going to hop on a call and I’m going to help you….
- Find out what’s really causing your symptoms so that you can have less pain, more energy and reduce your flare ups.
- I’m going to show you some strategies so you can deal with less pain and more energy throughout the day.
- Together we’ll create a next step action plan that’s simple and doable so that you can start incorporating habits into your day that will help you alleviate your fibromyalgia symptoms

And for today…
Start your day with some stretching! Then, if you feel like it… add in another form of therapeutic movement. Go for a walk, do some yoga, take a bike ride, go for a swim, etc.
Head over to our Facebook group and tell us what you did for therapeutic movement today.
Since it’s Friday, I’ll be LIVE in the Facebook group earlier to share Your movement Plan (today and beyond). Look for the live streaming video at 1pm EST. Can’t be there? The replay will be available to watch afterwards.
