Personal Wellness Evaluation

There’s a lot of supplements out there.  Most of them are very unhealthy.  But there are options to supplement what’s missing from your nutrition in a holistic, natural way.  

During this 45-minute wellness consultation, I will review your basic health history and current health objectives so that I can make recommendations for you based on your health objectives.

Recommendations may include essential oils, 100% natural, plant-sources supplements and/or lifestyle modifications.
