I’ve had fibromyalgia and autoimmune issues since 2017. I was already a health coach and wanted to treat my symptoms as holistically as possible. I tried everything from elimination diets to supplements and nothing seemed to work. I decided to go back to school to get additional certifications in gut health and herbs in order to try to manage my symptoms. What I learned was eye opening!
