You will cover:

- How to modify the My Plate model for Leaky Gut healing
- Benefits of eating “seasonally”
- How to eat clean
- Food additives and substances to avoid
- Put it all together into a meal plan
Using foods from your “add in” list you will create balanced meals based on a modified My Plate model that will jumpstart the natural healing process in your gut.
You will learn how to eat “seasonally” and how to choose clean produce to reduce your risk for chemical contamination.
We will talk about the 12 most pervasive and detrimental food additives and substances you can eat, and their side effects.
Using referenced models and recipe books you will create a weekly meal plan tailored to your favorite healthy food choices.
