Four years ago a hit a point of desperation! I had been one of those people who was exercising an hour 6 days a week (usually with a personal trainer or in an intense class) and was constantly on a “diet.”
OK… “diet” is a 4-letter word in my book. Why? Because it’s not a word I associate with anything positive. To me it means being hungry, feeling deprived, and craving everything you are not allowed to eat.
I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t losing weight. I was doing everything right, wasn’t I?
When I decided to be a health coach, I asked myself what I wanted from a coach. All the things I wish I had as a support in the past. I asked myself what I was missing that would have helped me along the way.
That’s what I want to offer my clients. The full package. Losing weight and living a healthy life is actually requires 3 things. You have to have all 3 to find success. When 1 piece of the puzzle is missing, you’ll be left feeling frustrated.
