Great Health Session 1
In Session 1, you will start setting goals. I think it’s important to look at our goals every 90 days. Did you meet all of your goals from the Ultimate Diet Break Up? Do you need to continue working on those? Are you ready to set new goals?
Goals are important when looking toward your future and should be realistic and attainable. When we look at goals longer than 90 days, we tend to put them on the back burner and forget about them.
In fact, we use the acronym, S.M.A.R.T. to describe goals. You will learn more about this early in the program. Goals will give you something to strive for and you will want to celebrate each time a goal is achieved!
