Included in my 1:1 4-month coaching program is a valuable component focusing on stress management techniques specifically tailored for individuals dealing with autoimmune conditions or fibromyalgia. You'll receive personalized tools and techniques, including mindfulness practices, relaxation exercises, and stress-reducing activities, designed to help you effectively manage stress and improve your overall wellbeing
