Hi! I’m Tiffany. Former sugar addict who finally had enough of sugar ruling my life and holding me back from my goals. I was tired of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating.
Food had become my best friend and what I was searching for was freedom. Food freedom to me means finally feeling in control of food, instead of food controlling me. It means that I didn’t have to rely on a daily Starbucks run to get through the day. It meant that my daily sweet indulgences weren’t’ controlling my life. Food freedom meant that I could occasionally indulge when I decided it was worth it and savor the experience without guilt or shame, and then return to health habits.

The Sweet Success program with Tiffany has been life changing. I definitely see it as my “forever” answer! Even when I was working out 5-6 days/week and eating an appropriate number of calories, I was often low on energy and was constantly battling cravings. I rarely made it more than 2 weeks on calorie counting – it was so tedious, and we don’t often easy the same things in our family, so I was constantly looking up nutritional values – I couldn’t as easily do “repeat” entries.
I wasn’t excited about cutting out sugar – I knew I had a problem with sugar, and that it wasn’t just a cute little “sweet tooth” – it was a serious issue. One I didn’t especially want to address, because I was (I believe) somewhat addicted to sugar.

How much does it cost?
The 6-Week program is $697 with early bird discounts and BONUSES. Right now I’m offering this as a 1:1 private coaching package. Twice a year, I offer this as a group program at a lower rate.
Will I lose weight?
The 6-Week program is geared toward helping you quit sugar, and while weight loss isn’t the focus, many people find that they do lose weight during the process.
Can I do the Program with my family?
Absolutely. We’ve had lots of families quit sugar together on the 6-Week Program. The recipes on the program serve one, but you can easily multiply these by the number of people in your family. If you need any help adjusting the meals, there’s always someone on hand in the online forums.
Can I eat fruit?
Yes! Fruit is a healthy, whole food. Natures candy, so to speak. This program is not about deprivation. It’s about helping you create healthy habits in your life. Cutting out fruit is just silly!
Do I have to give up coffee and alcohol?
Nope! Not if you don’t want to. In fact, coffee may help you get through some of the side effects of giving up sugar. And, wine is on the Yellow List Foods. You just want to make sure you’re not doing mixed drinks with lots of added sugar or your favorite sugar bomb latte. It’s recommended that you consume no more than one standard drink at night and one coffee per day during the 6 weeks.
Are there any dangers of removing sugar from the diet?
Sugar is not a nutritional requirement and in fact it robs the body of nutrients. There are no known dangers caused by not consuming sugar. In fact, it’s how humans lived for thousands of years!
Will I be hungry all the time?
Not at all! There are so many delicious recipes for you to choose from as well as plenty of snack ideas.
Every meal is delicious and created by a fabulous chef to nourish your body from the inside out. This program is not about starvation or deprivation, and we are not counting calories or dwelling on carbs.
You will feel satisfied with every bite. If you do get hungry, there are extra snack recipes included!
No way! While there are some juices and smoothies for you to choose from, you will also be eating salads, soups, and even desserts that are delicious and nutritious and will help you eliminate your sugar addiction with ease.
If you are nursing, I suggest that you add at least 4-6 ounces of protein at lunch and dinner, boost your morning smoothie with a scoop of hemp or pea protein, and eat snacks between meals.
Make sure you are consuming extra fat and drinking enough liquids. This program is super nourishing, but please consult with your doctor before starting this program if you have any health concerns.
Many people who eat very clean still eat a lot of sugar. I hate to break it to you but natural organic sugar is still sugar, and you can still be addicted to it. Changing up the foods we eat gives our digestion time to rest and reset, which can be helpful for anyone regardless of their current eating habits.
While this program is based on eating only whole foods, it is still advised that you consult your physician before beginning this or any program.
