My name is Tiffany DeLuisi and I’m an ex-fat dieter who was tired of counting calories and killing myself in the gym just to watch my weight go up and down over and over again. I finally decided to stop dieting, stop torturing myself, and stop depriving myself.

My Approach

Diets don’t work. My goal is to help you ditch the diets and food rules and learn to eat normally – no obsessing about food or counting calories required – while building long-term, sustainable health practices.

I work through an intuitive eating approach, helping you cultivate a healthy relationship with food and your body while learning how to take care of yourself in all aspects of health including stress, sleep, food and movement.

This is about learning to eat based on internal cues, rather than external cues like diets, food rules or meal plans. It’s a way to learn to eat outside of the diet mentality, with a focus on using your own internal hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues to guide eating choices. But it’s much more than just the ‘hunger-fullness diet’ – we will explore your food beliefs, behaviors, and internal self-talk while delving deep into what food means to you.

I’ll help you raise awareness of the emotions behind your food choices and create new patterns around food and exercise. Break the cycle of yo-yo dieting, heal your relationship with food, and get back in touch with the intuitive eater inside of you, so you can finally find balance.

I wish that I could sell you a pill that would make weight and health no longer an issue. The fact is, that doesn’t exist.

There is no magic solution to permanently change things overnight.

There are, however, a number of methods and techniques that will get you to permanent change over time.

  • 75 MINUTE INTRODUCTORY SESSION: I’ll do a full assessment and we’ll explore your relationship with food and body image, your diet history, eating patterns, health habits and more.
  • THREE, 45-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP CALLS A MONTH: Each follow-up will have a topic of focus, interactive exercises, discussion and processing and handouts to support you between sessions.
  • FREE INTUITIVE EATING BOOK: I will review your online Intuitive Eating Journal weekly and provide feedback and support in between sessions.
  • MULTIMEDIA TOOLS AND WORKSHEETS: After each session you’ll get an email recap including worksheets and readings to help implement our work between sessions.
  • UNLIMITED VOXER & EMAIL SUPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS:  Support via email for any questions or concerns that come up in between our sessions. Voxer is a walkie talkie app which is a great way for us to communicate in between session.
