Do you dread meal planning?

What should I eat?  I’m talking all things meal planning with the fabulous Stacy Westman on today’s episode.

Stacy is an advocate for health and wellness and help my clients find happiness and satisfaction in their kitchens through meal planning and nutrition. She does this by offering coaching services which includes companion grocery shopping, meal planning, recipe development and companion cooking, among other things. If her clients need something from her and she’s able to do it for them, just ask me, because so much of what she does individually based.

Stacy’s biggest goal is to see the end of the typical fast food restaurant in North America within my lifetime. She feels very strongly that we need to shift our perspective regarding food and nutrition away from highly processed foods into home-cooked meals, as “from scratch” as possible, to more strongly support our personal (and collective) well being.
