How to Fuel Not Only Your Body But Your Whole Life with Melodie Behnke


Today I’m chatting with Melodie Behnke about how important it is to look at not just how we fuel our bodies but how we fuel our minds, our community, our finances and the important tie that they all have when it comes to our total health.

Melodie is a full time certified health coach with a full time job at UPS, a wife, a mom and a brand new GiGi. Her philosophy is 50 is the new 30!

Melodie started her journey in 2014, when she was sick of the up and down yo-yo diet cycle. Unhappy with her weight, unhappy with her appearance, unhappy with the thoughts running round her brain and unhappy with not knowing how to find her way to something better.

Melodie started by addressing her inner thoughts, and learning about her unhealthy habits vs. my healthy habits.  She challenged herself to do more of the healthy habits and less of the unhealthy habits.  She began to invest in herself because she believes that  you are most like the 5 people you hangout.  

We talk about how getting healthy “ruined” her life and what she means when she by that.
