Health and Wellness After Women Turn 40 & What We Need to ChangeAs I quickly approach 40, I’ve started to realize that the way I eat and exercise has changed a lot over the past few years.  So, on this episode, Chrissy and I chat about health and wellness for women after they turn 40, what we need to do differently, and how our bodies change. 

Chrissy Shepard, The Curvy Gal Coach,  has over 10 years of experience in health education, fitness instruction and wellness coaching.  Chrissy is passionate about working with people to help them achieve a healthy and balanced life!

Hating herself and her body put Chrissy on a path to self destruction. After learning that dealing with food addiction, she was able to love herself. She found the best way to do this was by embracing all of who she was: mind, body and soul. Chrissy has lost an astonishing 98 lbs with the help of good simple nutrition, exercise and personal development.  She shares her story in the hopes of empowering others that are on the journey of being healthy and happy.

Chrissy says her goal is to to educate, support and empower everyone she works with! She will provide all the motivation and information you need to create a wellness plan that works for your lifestyle.
