While it’s missing the tequila, this refreshing Margarita Protein smoothie tastes of fresh lime, orange, and Vanilla protein powder and will deliver the taste of a margarita without those sneaky empty calories.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1½ tsp. finely grated lime peel (lime zest)
  • ½ tsp. finely grated orange peel (orange zest)

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Place almond milk, lime juice, ice, protein powder, lime peel, and orange peel in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
