Since becoming a Certified Functional Wellness Practitioner, I have learned how to apply change mentally & physically to feel my best, which is separate from just looking a certain way.
I have people reaching out to me who are unhappy about where their bodies are right now, and first I want you to know that you’re not alone. Also, know that you are more than your body, and I want to help you FEEL better.
So, instead of throwing yourself into a shame spiral of restrictive diets, negative self-talk, or obsessive exercise… I’ll help you establish daily behaviors that focus on being HEALTHY.
