Sarah Perez is a Wellness Consultant for high-achieving, busy moms who have put their health and self-care on the back burner. She helps relieve these women with lifestyle changes that work for their personal situation, and keeps them accountable to reach personal health goals.
From a young age, Sarah has always loved food. Making tasty food healthier was a hobby. She had to give up dairy, due to stomach issues at a young age, and modification was something that came naturally to her. When she realized how many foods she was giving up later in live, she had to think it was more than just food.
Mom of 2 two small children, wife, full-time engineer and building a business on the side, Sarah was ignoring the fact that she was running herself to the ground. When she finally went to the doctors for herself, she was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune markers. Now that she is on the path to recovery, she is on a mission to uplift as many moms as she can to stop the burnout so they can live the example for their children.
