Healthy Habits Are the Most Punk Rock Thing You Do
I had a little fun today while I mused about what sets my most successful clients apart from the others.
What I came to in my musings? They’re pretty punk rock.
Stick with me; it comes together and makes sense!
Kurt Cobain said it best: “Punk is musical freedom. It’s saying, doing and playing what you want. In Webster’s terms, ‘nirvana’ means freedom from pain, suffering and the external world, and that’s pretty close to my definition of Punk Rock.”
To rephrase: saying, doing and living how you want is the definition of Punk Rock.
What are healthy habits, if not a way of living and being the person you most want to be? Of ignoring cultural trends, extravagant marketing promises, and instead creating a life and habits based on our own internal desires and beliefs.
I have a new program that’s launching really soon, and it’s called The Ultimate Diet Break Up. This program takes you through a guided process of making your own choices to live a vibrant life you really love. You’ll create sustainable weight loss by establishing healthy habits.
When you create healthy habits, you:
- Don’t do anything that’s not FUN for you!
- Create the ideal life that you want to be living.
- Find love for your body now and make small changes to enjoy your body even more in the future.
- Listen to yourself, your inner wisdom, and to proven science to look and feel your best.
It’s not about what someone else says. The Ultimate Diet Break Up is all about you, not what we’ve been told by the diet industry that has kept us on the diet roller coaster. And that’s pretty darn Punk Rock.
So check it out, click on over to the program page and learn more about how you can change your life with The Ultimate Diet Break Up!
