The fastest way to lose weight without even trying

That’s why the last thing I teach my clients is tactics and short-term ‘tricks’ to losing weight.

I’m totally against the traditional “tactics” to lose weight by punishing yourself through deprivation or doing something that doesn’t fit in with your lifestyle.

I don’t want self-care or healthy eating to control my life –I want it to fit into my existing life!

And since you’re reading this, it’s like you feel the same.

The best way to kick-start your health and lose weight is to create healthy habits one step at a time without depriving yourself with another diet.

To start your weight loss journey that fits in with your existing busy life, here are three things I recommend you do right now:

  • Know what you eat now. You can’t make healthy habit changes unless you know what your current habits are.

  • Pick ONE meal to focus on (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Make sure that meal is really healthy. Once that becomes habit, add another meal. You don’t have to make a 180 overnight.

  • Eat nutrient-dense foods

    • REAL food

    • Eat leafy greens and vegetables

    • Sprinkle in some fruit. Think berries.

    • Eat a colorful plate.

    • Always have protein with every meal.

And by doing this you will:

  • Sync your hormones to respond to weigh loss so that your body fights fat.

  • Naturally curb your sugar and carb cravings, and improve your health.

  • Get on a self-directed path that keeps you in control, satisfied, and looking and feeling your best without obsessing about food, counting calories, or starving yourself.

  • Cultivate a healthy relationship with food for the rest of your life.

What’s not to love?!

There’s no need to over complicate weight loss by trying every new tactic and praying it will work.

You just need simple self-care, with repeatable actions.

Because actions become habits. And habits become part of your lifestyle.

Some habits work for us and others don’t.
